Poor LSU ticket office

Filled out my request for a refund on my tickets yesterday, today I got an email saying that my tickets have already been mailed out

Yes, I'm not sure what is going on… I requested that my tickets be sent electronically and then I received that same FedEx notification today.

Can't feel sorry for them. They should have told everyone what the restrictions would be earlier in this process. So they are sending out an email on Friday and we have to respond on Friday? What a cluster that will be.

They decided to change the rules at the last minute but conveniently charged cards and sent tickets out a week ago. As per their new rules, they are going to give refunds so that’s more work for them now. People are going to get their money back and LSU will lose money. No doubting that.

It's just endemic of the lack of leadership that has plagued the university and athletic department for a long time now. It's why we're constantly in PR issues. It's why everything on campus is a clusterfrick at all time.
There is zero communication between the people making the decisions and the people charged with carrying them out.
I know it's mostly due to incompetence, but it's starting to feel like some of these people are playing the long game in slowly crushing the school and athletic department.

I don't understand why LSU decided to issue paper tickets at all...seems like going all digital was the way to go and they could have avoided the shite show that is happening with tickets being sent to people that are dropping them.

I still prefer my paper tickets and as long as it is an option, I usually choose that route.

I am predicting that the scalpers will have a ton of legit tickets that won't actually scan when u try to go in. Sending out both electronic and paper tickets to everyone is a dream for those guys.
