Will LSU pull a “Big 10”?

Remember last year, the Big 10 announced there will be no football. After the Big 10 announcement, the SEC, ACC, and Big 12 announced there will be football. The Big 10 later announced there will be football after all mainly due to the enormous backlash it received.

As far as I know, LSU is the only school in the country with restrictions for entry into the stadium that was announced yesterday. Early reports are that LSU has received tremendous negative reaction. It won’t look good if LSU reverses its decision before the first home game but will LSU do it before the first meaningful home game vs. Auburn? LSU can claim the covid situation is “better”.

But there will be some pissed off season ticket holders that gave up their seats if LSU changes its policy mid-season.

Understand this, the University has been taken over by miserable people that don't care about you, the students, the staff, or anyone else. Their policies will reflect their politics, nothing more and nothing less.

I wish you guys would realize you’ll literally be able to bring a loose leaf piece of paper for as long as they’ll look at the “tests” at the gate… meaning that an old test will likely suffice. It’s all cya.

The best part is that all the Republicans for Edwards signs I saw were purple and gold. My message to those geniuses:

Oregon / Oregon State were first.

No attendance at Hawaii games. Tulane was first in Louisiana...

The R’s in the state legislature have had 18 months to neuter JBE as far as covid rules go and have done nothing. Don’t let them off the hook either.

Oregon and Oregon State announced last week (ahead of LSU) the same rules (vaccine or negative test to attend football games), so LSU is not the only Power 5 doing this.

There is no way this is true. There are universities all over the nation that are requiring that students be vaccinated to attend class. You think they are letting that slide for football games?

Well for one the test they require isn't guaranteed to get results within the 72 hour window.

They'd never do that. Players are almost all vaxxed. They'd restrict attendance or bar it altogether first.

Pretty sure CVS has multiple PCR test options that are over-the-counter and give results in 15 min...
