Maher has actually been pretty right leaning when it comes to the handling of the virus. He said back last May (2020) that he agreed with DeSantis lifting the lockdowns and that if he died then so be it because he lived his life and kids should be allowed to live theirs. Also said past April none of the data supported the Left’s argument on Covid. Also praised DeSantis throughout this year on giving the health Nazis the middle finger.

He needs to swallow his fricking pride and just join the dark side.

I still don't give a frick about Bill Maher or his fricking opinions. He's a pedophile.

That’s a pretty big accusation. I couldn’t stand the guy but I think he’s finally realizing how crazy the left is.

You take the vax because you believe in it like I did, or you don't because you need more info. It's a special sort of dip shite who "takes it for the team."

See, that just isn't true. My son at OSU just received notification that vaccination (just has to be Pfizer, you know) will be required by the middle of October. Employers, the military, universities are literally requiring you "take one for the team." Or you're off the team. And pretty soon, "the team" is going to be....everyone.

Maher is saying he was going along to get along, so he got the shot. He wasn't particularly alarmed about getting the jab, so he got it. Now, only an idiot can't see where this is headed. Mandatory vaccinations for the most basic participation in society.

Now I know why he is always pissy about everything. Nice to hear him tell the truth though about his feelings on the vaccine.

Literally every other vaccine has had the same requirements. You’ve had all kinds of other shots that you didn’t question. It’s all a theory with no basis that you all are going by. Your questioning almost every scientist and doctor, that have done a hell of a whole lot more studying and researching than any of us have been close to doing. We trust them with everything else that they recommend in the medical world, and every one of them has had their very small minority of problems that go along with it, yet we don’t question it. Why this?

You’re all being politically driven for no reason what so ever, except out of stubbornness. Trump allowed this research and vaccine to come out. Do you think he would have allowed it if there was something wrong or fishy about it? All of our conservative leaders and voices that we follow have got it. Of course we don’t know what’s going to happen down the road, but no one knows anything right now and this seems to be something that could really help us out right now.

You all know that this virus is real, whether it was intentional or not, it’s still a big problem that we’re facing in the entire world right now. The shot seems to be effective against covid. No it doesn’t protect you from getting the virus, like a chicken pox shot, but this virus is different than a chicken pox or measles. The immunity doesn’t last as long. This shot gives you a boost in your immune system to fight covid, which is great for people who are at risk of getting very sick from it, and something that can only help you if you’re not at risk.

It protects you from a serious case of covid. The virus can evolve to curb the vaccine, and will impact people who aren’t vaccinated even more than previously, because there is a smaller crowd for the virus to choose from on how it impacts people. If more people are vaccinated, then the virus won’t be as serious on the majority of people, because most people will have an immune system built up and ready to fight covid. It won’t be able to have weak hosts to help it evolve into something stronger, and it will hopefully die off.

Maher is too close to getting it. Regardless of the extent, it's good to know there are still people capable of recognizing logical flaws when they see them and willing to call them out.

"No one has given a real concrete reason as to how this is a government overreach and so on".

Come on man where you been, do you actually think THESE people are gonna admit what the end goal is

It's for everybody's protection. That's what they told the Jews when they loaded them on boxcars, to the gas chambers.

This a planned outcome, Covid is here forever.

Look at australia,,,,, they don't want you talking to your neighbor, drink thru your mask

If anyone can't see what is happening, they are looking with their eyes closed,,,Me I'm wide arse awake.

So what’s the endgame then with us all complying and taking the vaccine?

It's either less nefarious or more nefarious than you think, depending on how you look at it: they want a political win. Right now, the issue is set up in a way in which Dems can't lose. (1) Vax rates remain stagnant- they can blame the right. The only way to milk that politically is to impose guidelines and inconveniences on everyone and (2) if they get enough people vax'd, they'll declare the pandemic over just in time for midterms (this is the original plan) regardless of whether it even does anything.

There is no master plan- our problems exist only because, with control of MSM, Dems can manufacture crises out of thin air which they can later exploit politically. It's that simple- it's been going on for years. The difference now is that the problems are starting to stack up and are becoming tangible to the public at large.

That and you don’t vaccinate in the middle of a pandemic.

Not even close, people should have no more blind faith in doctors than any other profession. If they think there are not a bunch of idiots or worse walking around in scrubs, your're fooling yourself.

Top Health Statistics

Medical billing errors cost Americans $210,000,000,000 annually.
Roughly 12,000,000 Americans are misdiagnosed each year.
Medical errors cause an estimated 250,000 deaths in the United States annually.
As many as 80 percent of medical bills contain at least one error.
A little more than 4,000 surgical errors occur each year.
It’s estimated that 7,000 to 9,000 patients die every year from medication errors.

Well then never seek medical treatment.

Sure doctors make errors but they make a lot less errors than they have in the past.

In the last 50-60 years US life expectancy has gone up nearly 10 years due to the advancement of medicine.
