This sounds exactly like Whataburger though...everyone is in agreement too!

So the McDonalds is is the second parcel from the Lee/Burbank intersection. The front will face Orangetheory, the drive thru will face Burbank. It will not be directly on the Burbank/Lee corner but very close to it.

can anyone confirm if it is the whataburger lot that has broken ground? if not im about to leave work to go see.

There will be no reason to go to College drive from campus anymore. That little Arlington Place development seems to have pretty much everything you'd need plus all of the unhealthy fast food you can possibly stuff your face with.
