New Construction - Arlington (Burbank)

It looks like site work has begun for 2 or 3 new businesses nexts to the Chick fil a and Atomic Burger on Burbank. Anyone know what’s going up over there?

According to the EBR planning site, one plot is a Whataburger. Another is a new McDonalds to replace the other one on Lee since the other side of Burbank has better access from all directions.
Don’t remember which is which though. But they are next to Atomic Burger and Chick Fil A.

Whataburger is gonna put that Atomic Burger out of business... Atomic has decent fast food burgers but I have never been to a slower "fast food" restaurant. Waited 30 minutes in drive thru a couple weeks ago and there were only 3 cars ahead of me...

No bullshite. 20 year version of me really missed home-style meals when I was at LSU. I'd have definitely warmed a seat at Picadilly occasionally if it were that close to campus.
