1-5 looks right and all of those deserve be in the top 5 IMHO.
6-16 is a mess and could be completely interchangeable. Not sold on any in that bunch. LSU could be easily be better than any of them.

I agree and shite, but it’s just tragic to see some of these teams ranked above us lol we would frick Cincy up, Iowa St, USC and Oregon ND, UNC ETC...!!!!

They have an advantage over LSU from a schedule perspective.
- tune up before going on the road to face a pac 12 opponent
- get Mizzou and South Carolina from the east
- Bama at home
So factor the schedule in with returning almost their entire defense that was #1 in the SEC last season and new qb who can't be worse than Mond. The biggest question mark is are they going to be able to play ground and pound while breaking in a new offensive line.

I disagree with teams being ranked because of their schedule. Oklahoma tends to be ranked highly every year based on schedule only.

There's just a gigantic drop off after the top 5 going into this season. There's little doubt that top 5 will have probably 2 loss or less season but anyone in that 6-10 range could be also a 2 loss team or finished unranked as well. There's just a lot of uncertainty coming into this year who will be the top teams after the usual top group.

looks right, i think OU and Bama play for the title and I actually think OU is better this year.
I think Iowa St is WAY overrated and will lose 3 games.
LSU should be top 5 and will be by the Bama game.
