I suffered through it again just to see if there was anything productive to look forward too. Very little. Emory had some positive plays, Davis-Price as well. Jenkins some early catches that looked good. Ali looked like an All American… overall just disappointing to watch.

Truly embarrassing. Our whole defense just looked lost and never in the right coverages not in just this game but the whole season. They had a few decent games but man what a shitshow lead by Bo Pelini.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a QB with such pinpoint accuracy on deep throws. Bad thing for him is he only had it that one game

Incredibly KJ Costello was considered one of the favorites for the HEISMAN after that game. Those Heisman hopes were utterly dashed the next two weeks following ugly losses v Arkansas and Kentucky.

The fact that that team beat Florida in the Swamp is a miracle. Trask was a much better QB than Costello

I think KJ Costello’s Heisman odds were 8-1 after that game and he was benched a week or two later.

Bo Pelini would get outcoached by a significant amount of high school coaches in Louisiana. That guy is the worst. Spent more time golfing than grinding in the building trying to fix things.
