When I started reading this thread this is the first thing that came to my mind.
There was a stretch during Covid that the subway next to my office was the only place I could get a quick lunch to take back to the office so I was eating there 1-2x per week. It’s average food but it’s relatively fresh and I get my veggies on my ham. It’s owned by a super nice Indian woman and she must have worked 70 hours per week. It just closed. I can promise that she didn’t GAF about Rapinoes cause - she’s just trying to live the American dream and raise her kids

They need to replace her with Carli Lloyd (who is the better player anyways). She’s likable and isn’t a piece of shite like Rapinoe.

Then one thing that gets to me about this bitch is that she doesn't understand basic economics "women athletes should be paid like men athletes". Yeah Megan I agree... If women sports were getting the same attendance and ratings as men sports.
Instead of complaining about how women should make as much as men, how about work on finding away to make your product better in order to increase demand. But of course no one can say this.. Well Draymond Green did and people lost their fricking mind and wanted to "have a conversation" with him, which I think happened and I don't think it convinced him that women should get paid more.. Just because. Because these basic bitches can't understand simple supply & demand.

Nearly all these mega corporate sandwich chains are disgusting, but subway is easily the worst.
If you live in any population center over 50k people, odds are there are many mom and pops churning out far better sandwiches than any major chain. If you’re eating this shite, it should be out if necessity—like an airport monopoly or truck stop or some shite.
