If anyone has any documentation they'd like to share I think this would be a great place to share.

This is the man to see to get that vax card.
He's in Hut 6, Stalag Luft III.

Robert Barnes (@barnes_law) is an attorney and offers information and forms free with no copyright. Not specific to Louisana and uses federal case law to make his arguments. His Twitter links to his Locals website, which is where the forms are found.

I'm curious how many LA residents actually believe in and practice a religion that is anti-medicine.
10,000? 1,000? Less?
10,000? 1,000? Less?

Since becoming a chistian I haven’t taken a pill or seen a doctor “he heals all my diseases”
Really embarrassing that half of Christians have gotten the shot. Those 50% shouldn’t call themselves believers

FWIW, Louisiana also offers philosophical exemption based on personal beliefs

Do know if you file an exception, you will have agree to abide whatever restrictions the company requires.
Companies in Texas are requiring exempted employees to:
Weekly testing, some places twice a week
Wear masks 100% of the time when not eating/drinking
Not allowed in common areas of eating and drinking with vaccinated employees
Required to wear N95 vs simple surgical masks
None of this may be of any issue, just saying there will be concessions.

Could this be considered discrimination if the employer only started requiring testing / masking like this after you claimed the exemption?

Do you know if these employees have to use their own leave time to get these tests once or twice a week? My assumption is that the company is forcing a person to burn their own leave/money to further target and isolate them to either quit or finally give in and take the stab.

They don't know that
So we are going to lie about our religious beliefs in order to avoid a government issue?
I feel like karma's gonna bite you... but you do you.

You would think, right?
Sadly it has already been to court in Texas and medical staff lost. Federal judge ruled employees not required to work there, the have the option to take vaccine and be employed or not take it and find work elsewhere.

The lawsuit, filed May 28 by Jennifer Bridges, RN, and 116 other workers, argued that the mandate is illegal and forces workers to get an experimental vaccine to keep their jobs.
But U.S. District Judge Lynn N. Hughes ruled June 12 that the health system did not violate state or federal law or public policy with its requirement.
"This is not coercion. Methodist is trying to do their business of saving lives without giving them the COVID-19 virus," Mr. Hughes wrote in the ruling, which was shared with Becker's. "It is a choice made to keep staff, patients and their families safer."

HR's are testing in employee health is my understanding. Over 100 hospitals (all the majors including 10 trauma centers)in DFW are requiring vaccine for all medical staff. One can say F-it I'll work elsewhere but all the hospitals are requiring it so there is nowhere to go.

Probably not.
If they required it for all unvaccinated people across the board. These would be considered reasonable accommodations.

I have a 4 page document given to me by my pastor for an exemption. I haven't gotten to read it yet, but I have no problems sharing it after I do get to read it.

Why not they are lying to us about the plandemic?
Posted on 8/9/21 at 6:45 pm to TheFonz
frick forging a fake vax card. The point is that they shouldn't be doing this. I'll just stand up to it. Period. Getting a fake card plays right into their system. Divided we fall.

My religious belief includes free will. I don't need to lie.
