Jazzfest cancelled this Fall.

With Jazzfest now cancelled this Fall, John Bel Edwards has some precedent to achieve what he wants most: limiting capacity and tailgating at LSU games this Fall. He literally cannot wait to do it. He has threatened to do so multiple times over the past 6 months and now he finally has his window. At the very very least, every fan will be required to wear a mask. I am absolutely terrified.
Edit: This is a very relevant precedent and one we should be worried about. Both outdoor venues with thousands of people. And we know JBE has threatened to do this on multiple occasions. It literally does not matter how hypocritical and anti-science the decision is. Democrats governors/mayors are more than happy to shut things down on a whim.

Actually yes. It’s clear this guy has been on a power trip and he has used this season as bargaining chip on multiple occasions this year. It is no doubt that some of these governors have gotten comfortable with the power that’s been granted to them over the last two years. Yes, I think there is a part of him that will enjoy doing this

Lol, a vaccine for which strain of the coronavirus? The vaccine was developed to attack a specific protein in the original strain. The newest strains including Delta have different proteins and the vaccine has no effect. Follow the science, that is if it hasn't been deleted from google or youtube. Do your own research.
