Meanwhile the mens team fielding a bunch of 19-23 year olds just won back to back tournament finals in virtual road environments against the #11 ranked team in the world that had significantly more experience. Also the mens version of the sport is much more competitive

Its more than that. Its AMERICAN PRIDE. Its about the team and the crest. It always has been for our boys. Put it this way....we started 6 black guys in this game. And not only did not a single person on the squad "demonstrate" during the anthem...in a stadium full of mexicans, 5 of the 6 SANG IT! While the other appeared to be praying. When we get in scraps on the field, youll have dudes like Weston McKennie and Pulisic essentially pointing at the US crest and telling the other team where they can fricking find it.


Its funny to me that the MSB is full of baws that are mad that there is no patriotism in sports, but also make fun of and turn their backs on the one sport where we have the absolute MOST patriotism. Our former players and commentators were fricking crying last night with pride and joy. "its American. It makes me very proud" was the quote



God i love our boys and AMERICAN SOCCER. its a reallllll shame that the US doesnt have a womens national team.

With their ages, and declining performances, hopefully they will move on & drop back down into being the nobodies they were before. All but 2 took a knee during the playing of the National Anthem to make themselves famous. This time next year no one will remember their names.
