Just ignore the Sipreme Court, they have no power to enforce anything if the President says go to hell. Eventually the other branches will ignore them completely.

Foreclosure/evictions are mostly a matter of State law, if a State (or other third) party get an injunction... the State (and State courts) will move according to what the US Supreme Court says.
The States don't need the President's permission on something.

Xiden is owned by the banks and they want their mortgages paid. It is why he sat on his hands. I have no problem with this as it is past time to get on with normal business.

You are absolutely correct.
However, the GOP won't do shite, because a majority of them are just fine with every unconstitutional thing that has gone on for the last 18 months.
This country as we grew up knowing it (I am 56), is over.
We live under a soft tyranny ruled by an technocrat oligarchy, and they are just waiting out the last of the old fart Patriots like us until they go iron fist.
20 years from now (if Christ doesn't return before then, which He probably will based on current events), the USA will look like China does today.
It may not take that long.
