It sounded like the Supreme Court would intervene if the expiration doesn't come to an end.

They would have to make this retroactive I'm assuming?
I'm guessing landlords already delivered eviction/non-renewals of leases by now and set for this week or at least month of August. No?

I investigate risk loss for insurance companies. It also involves inspections for occupancy issues for Mortgage Companies.
