stuffed crab meat salmon grilled with butter & seasonings. yellow wax beans, lactaid chocolate milk

the experts came out a few days ago saying salmon & mackerel can add 3 years to your life. something about them being an oily fish giving us something we need.

reposting this as someone anchored the other WFDT.

Well, that clears that up.

WFDT is from the night before is always anchored at some point the following day, usually in the morning.

Salmon sounds good. You're an awfully early eater!

I don't know that anyone is bothered by it. WFDT has always been anchored the next day. I'm not really sure why since those threads die a natural death for the most part anyway. Same with the morning, lunch and evening threads on the OT. They get anchored at some point as well, I believe.

Enjoy your meal!

Stuffed salmon is so filling.

I am prepping dinner now. Marinated chicken breasts all day to bake in the oven. Cheese spaghetti because I had leftover noodles from yesterday. Bag salad from Trader Joes.
