“I am currently working in the COVID ICU in my local hospital. We are experiencing a major surge & 98% of admissions are unvaccinated patients. I have cared for critically ill patients in their 30s, 40s, & 50s. Each patient regrets not having gotten the vaccine when it was first offered. Please don’t hesitate any longer—get vaccinated!“
This is such a bullshite number. For starters the Baton Rouge hospital on CBS that said they were inundated with patients had a whopping 23.
So tell me what is 98% of 23?
22.5 So I am guessing there was only one patient vacinnated and he only had half the vaccine.

I think the number that is going to be the big one, is the one that people that already had covid are not going to hospital once reinfected.

And how many of those 22 were "presumed" positives?
My wife and child were tested after a potential exposure and both were negative. The urgent care doc recorded them both as presumed positives based on nothing more than timing and proximity to a confirmed case. This is another data point that the CDC wont published. Millions of "presumed positive" cases, which I'm sure explode in number with every big fear push. I think this is why flu cases have vanished and why this RSV bug going around is being ignored.
