Dad sounds like a stand up guy trying to do right for himself and his young family, and some worthless pos killed him in his own home. I hope that a-hole wanna be gang banger burns.

What about statutory rape?

I don’t know what my girls (3) did in high school. They’re grown (no pics) and I pray to god that, to my very dying day, I never know.
I honestly don’t know what I would have done in this father’s situation.
Years ago, I got a frantic call from my wife that my youngest daughter (last to fly the nest) called her saying that a man was in the house. She had forgotten to lock the door behind her when she came in from school and ol’ boy was rattling the knob on her locked bedroom door. Five million things raced through my head as I drove the one mile from my business with my gun in my hand. The top of the list of those things were:
1. Why’d I get called before the police?
2. Did my wife block him in?
3. Should I call my lawyer before I get there?
I was shaking with the apprehension, mind-numbing/fogging rage, adrenaline, and a true desire to end someone’s life. My wife met the dude face to face in our driveway and he jumped in his silver sedan with his barefooted, crackhead girlfriend and got away (this was the only description that my wife gave the cops).
Just thinking about it pisses me off again. Nah, I’d have killed him, oak floors- be damned!

This is why women should have tubal ligation done until they can afford children.
OH and this guy broke into someone's home and killed him.
Should never see the other side of a prison fence again.

My wife (no pics) knew the dad from high school. Apparently he grew up on the wrong side of the tracks in Zachary, but worked himself out to a successful life. He apparently had just invested in some commercial building(s?) In Zachary a couple weeks ago.
Sucks you work your whole life to get out the hood, yet it finds you anyway.

Dezmon Hamilton, 34, the girl's father and homeowner, died from multiple gunshot wounds, according to the coroner's office. The suspect, identified by police as 17-year-old Nicholas Mcquirter, was also wounded in the encounter and taken to a hospital.
So he's 17, using a ladder trying to get in a 14 year old girl's pants, and he brings a gun with him.
Safe to say this kid will never make a positive contribution to society.
