It was a fun game just not a good Zelda game to me which kept me from loving it, lack of dungeons biggest offender for me. MGS5 was the same thing. Perfectly fine game, not a great MGS.

My thoughts exactly. I’m a fan of both franchises, and was hoping they’d make an open world sequel of Peace Walker (which is what mgs5 is) and was really disappointed. For me Breath of the wild just felt too open ended. I love the progression and unlocking of new stages in Zelda oot and mm. This game just doesn’t do it for me. Also I absolutely loathe the switch and it’s controls.
