Does Guice deserve to be mentioned with LSU all-time greats?

I know he recently settled with the victim and the charges were dropped, but that doesn't mean he's innocent. He's also been accused by some LSU female students of some pretty horrific stuff and, of course, the story about how he spoke to that elderly lady is inexcusable. Personally, I believe all the allegations are true and his name needs to be removed from anything associated with LSU. I think he should also be banned from ever stepping football on campus again. Athletes, regardless of level of talent, have a responsibility to represent their university in an appropriate manner and I don't think he's done that!

He's a piece of shite who just so happens to be one of the best running backs we've ever seen at Tiger Stadium. It's like Reggie Bush except what Guice did was actually fricked up

Absolutely should be mentioned as an all-time great. There was no due process that showed he did anything wrong 
I believe that when someone is accused of something like this, it should referred immediately to law enforcement, so there will be an investigation.
When his accuser recently named TAF in her lawsuit, it became very apparent to me that was just a money grab.

Who are some CFB players from other Universities that have been accused/committed equally heinous acts and how are they treated/reflected by the University? Serious question.....I'm sure they are out there, I'm just not aware.
