I'm sure there will be plenty. He can say he's a national champion.

I'm glad these kids will be able to make some money... but man there's about to be a TON of under the table corruption with this new rule.

The new NCAA rules shouldn't even exist, wait till the Justice Department takes action.

I'm glad, too. The under-the-table stuff already happened. The government will just get some of it from taxes, now.

It's because these are not grown arse men that have a problem with it. They are bitches, who have to find something to cry about.

I don't like the impact it is going to have on the game of college football. I don't care about it beyond that.

I'm a fan of college football. I like it the way it is. I don't like where it is heading. Common sense would dictate that someone like me would care.

Making legal/restricting what was already being done is a bad thing?

Well im a fan as well and LSU makes around 25-50 mil a year just off of football. LSU can throw money with the best of them. It's not like we have a ULM budget or something

It's going to significantly enhance the stuff that was happening before.

The threat of punishment was a deterrent for both the player and the school. To the degree that it became out of control, it injured the game. It just wasn't totally controllable.

Let's use Alabama as an example. They were pretty clearly willing to break the rules. They weren't the only ones. But, they were probably the ones pushing the envelope the most.

They will now be able to, without fear, pay as much as they are willing to pay for players. It's obvious to anyone with a brain, some of that money will be pointed towards players that emerge at other schools. Alabama making a monetary play for LSU's best player is of double benefit. This is a given. It makes the game/sport less interesting to me.

Bc college sports was built on passion. Now it’s being built on business.

Some people will find that not as exciting or fun. And they’re right.
