All Star team fails because of Select aka Travel Baws

AllStar U10 team down by 4 bottom of the 6th.
Get 2 at bats that produce 3 runs by non select players.
3 straight Select aka travel baws leave Coach’s kid that’s Select standing next to him on 3rd.
Loss by 1.
Translation by RB10
3 “non-select” kids accounted for 3 runs. A “select” kid managed to get to 3rd with no outs and 3 “select” kids failed to bring him home. Being down by 4, they lost by 1 run.
Select/Travel ball just fails.
Non-select baws were athletes who play more than one sport.
If they would have just played the better players and not their kids. What could have been?

How is the coach's kid that got stranded on 3rd "select"? You said 2 non-select batters produced 3 runs. So there couldn't have been any "select" players still left on base after a pair of non-select players batted in 3 runs.
