Hard to believe how little fan support Florida gets. Even when they went to Omaha and beat us for the championship, their fans were basically nonexistent. Probably a big reason why Sully was looking at us in the initial phase of the coaching search.

D1 Baseball transfer tracker is showing Maurice Hampton as going to Samford.
I guess he's the player to be named later in the trade foe McManus.

Shouldn't the fall roster be finalized soon?

What’s the story on Theo Millas? He coming back as a walk-on or what.

I know under the previous staff they would do a media availability around this time to announce the fall roster.
I don't know how the new staff will handle it, especially since I'm not sure they're done trying to add to the roster.

He's going to West Virginia, as documented in several places in this thread.

According to David Folse on twitter we signed a hard throwing RHP that made the cape cod all star team LINK

Thank you. That's Adrian Siravo from Weatherford College in Texas. He was a UCONN commit out of high school, I believe. He's originally from New Hampshire. He went JUCO instead of going to UCONN and had a really good freshman season. He also showed out well on the Cape.
We've been on him for a few weeks.
ETA: I'm waiting to see if he's coming in the fall or if he's in the next class before adding him to the OP of this thread.
ETAA: Siravo is in the next recruiting class, so he won't be on campus this fall. He will be at Weatherford for another season.

Oddly enough, the next class is loaded with LHP. Good to see a RHP with experience added.

2023 has a lot of lefties as well. In two years the rant will be complaining that we only have lefties. Lol

Reyzelman is pitching in a must win playoff game in a few minutes.

4IP 2R 5H 2BB 1HBP 2K
Most of his trouble was in the 3rd inning. After two quick outs gave up a single, walk, HBP, then walked in a run. Then a solo HR in the 4th and a double.
His command was not as good as other outings and was behind in a lot of counts.

No concern from me. He's really just getting back into the swing of things (or really into the swing of things at all), prob a bit gassed. He'll be fine. He hasn't pitched a whole lot in his life, so it'll take some build up and this is a good start. I expect him to make an even bigger jump once on campus.

Can't wait until coach Kelly gets to coach him when he gets here!!!

Coach J saw Kelly's work while they were both in the Pac 12, and liked what he saw. I think we'll like it too.
