Worst has to be weightlifting
If you think worst is long distance runners, you haven't run in a half marathon. More women than men run in them and a high percentage have excellent figures.

We can go from a pretty and athletic Aliyah Andrews to a Bailey Hemphill. And its no different from boys in athletic sports.
