As I’m sure you’re all aware, there are a total of 104 days of summer vacation until the next school year comes and ends it. A reoccurring problem I have noticed is that kids these days don’t know how to properly spend their time during these 104 days. So, I have come up with a few examples of activities one could do. These activities include:
• Building a rocket
• Fighting a mummy
• Climbing up the Eiffel Tower
• Discovering something that doesn’t exist
• Giving a monkey a shower
• Surfing tidal waves
• Creating nano-bots
• Locating Frankenstein’s brain
• Finding a Dodo bird
• Painting a continent
• Driving your sister insane
Evidently, there are plenty of activities to do before school resumes in fall. I suggest you spend time with your friends because they will be taking part in all of these activities!

He has been watching Phineas and Ferb cartoon on the Disney channel apparently. It’s the intro song. If you have had kids in the last 15 years you would know.

It’s a reference to a Disney cartoon. Even then it should be obvious it’s not serious by reading the post itself. I feel like some people don’t read the post beyond the title

Who needs all that shite? All we needed was
1. whiffle ball and bat
2. football
3. basketball and goal
And we would be outside from dawn to dusk, besides the occasional Little Debbie break.

Well, let’s see. My 20 year old is taking summer courses so that he can graduate a semester early enabling him to work more prior to law school. He’s also working 24-32 hours a week. My 16 yo has volleyball workouts 3 days a week and games 2 days a week and summer reading. My 7 year old is going through tutoring 2 times a week, cheerleading workouts 2 times a week and softball games 2 times a week. My 5 year old is in the midst of daily swim lessons, tball games twice a week and doing summer work for his upcoming kindergarten year. Now my 10 month old just started walking and eating solid food so she’s kind of slacking....but damn it to hell if she’s not the cutest thing ever so she gets permission to slack.

I, personally, am extremely grateful for the summer break.

I had a feeling this would go over some heads, but I didn’t think this many.
