Paging OT Doctors: Allergies, Summer Cold, or COVID

Earlier this week, I started out with what I thought was a sore throat, but now my sinus and ears are all stopped up and I have a clear nasal drip at times. No fever or green mucus.
Had a COVID test earlier in the week and was negative. Doctor also did a strep test.
Claritin gives some relief but does not last 24 hours. DayQuil also helps but no long term relief.

I've had on/off very mild cold symptoms similar to yours for about a month now. Just chalking it up to something in the air i guess

Sounds to me you have hypochondria. Definitely get that looked at.
Not a doctor, but I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

I've had a summer cold for while myself. Can't be Covid though. I always wear two masks.

Dealing with the same thing. Went to the DR last week, neg covid and placed on antibiotics. Still can't shake it though

Sounds like a sinus infection. A steroid shot should clear up the ear and sinus congestion. I had the same symptoms last week.

Man with all this rain and wind blowing shite around, my uneducated guess would say allergies. If you are getting some relief from Claritin then that's probably it. I take a Claritin every day and it helps a lot, but there are days when I can feel it a little more than others.. I assume there is more stuff in the air than usual.
Does it feel more like sinuses than the flu or something?

I put your symptoms into WebMD and it says you probably have a tumor.
Prayers sent.

Steroid shot, thank me later

Well surely you had a mask on and are staying away from others, so it couldn’t be a cold or flu. Also, you certainly have had the Covid vaccine, so it couldn’t be Covid. Sounds like you have a sinus infection to me. Any fever?

It's not an election year.
Your sinuses only are infected with a cold.
