My experience has been mixed. Happy with the irons, but I paid way too much. After sale experience sucks. I was told to come in anytime for lie adjustments or trackman time. Whenever I call for that, I’m told they don’t have time or I have to leave a message and no one calls back. Would not recommend Club Champion to anyone. BTW...I’m talking about the Orlando store.

My experiences with the fitting were great...and really like the clubs I have gotten. Recently I had to book two weeks out for a 1 hour fairway wood fitting, as the golf boom has them slammed. I can’t imagine they have many open slots for people to just come in and play around but they could at least be more honest with you.

Opposite experience with the one in Metairie. Yes, a little pricey but they’re providing a service alongside the sale so that’s fine. They’ve been super helpful after purchase with anything I needed as well.

My experience with Nick at the Metairie location was incredible. I would recommend him to everyone.

I usually email my fitter in Metairie and get a timely response and he has provided excellent after the fact service. Calling the store number goes to some call center in my experience.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Metairie Club Champion. Specifically Casey. My clubs should be in later this week or early next week!

Think we found the Metairie Club Champion employees.

I used Nick for a putter fitting. He made some adjustments to my current putter. Didn’t try to sale me another putter.
I would see him again

Couldn't be happier with my experience.
And honestly, expecting to go in there and just hang on their trackman is kind of ridiculous.
The Nashville CC is booked out like 2 months for any kind of fitting window.

Not really. They offer it as part of their rewards program for spending more than $1k (I believe that was the number) with them.
"Free TrackMan practice time. Three free one-hour sessions in a hitting bay with the use of a TrackMan for one year after a qualifying purchase. Reservations must be made no sooner than 24 hours in advance."
It'd be ridiculous for me to ask to just come use their Trackman and a bay for an hour. But when they offer it, it's not ridiculous to expect to be able to do it, obviously only if they have a time slot vacant. I plan to go do a gapping session once my clubs come in to get a good idea of my yardages.
