the wife and I stopped eating out, no Soda, no Booze, no Candy and no real carbs. we do a 7oz portion of lean protein for dinner, with 3 servings of veggies and a 1/2 an avocado for a healthy fat - i started at 305 in October last year, and I am 196.6 as of yesterday.

Hell yeah! Congrats! I made the switch in 2012 and lost 85 lbs. I'm never going back. Hope you're able to keep it up. Good luck!

Sounds fricking miserable... what's the point if you cut out every single thing?

I wish they made weight loss commercials like this instead of the typical “miracle” diet/exercise shite that gets all the play

Congrats man!

I changed everything up last July after 3 months of quarantine and eating like shite (basically most of my adult life). Started at around 290 and as of yesterday I was down to 197.2. Lowest I've been in 20+ years. Goal is to get under 179 by this July.

A big baw friend of mine started his weight loss in August or September a month or so after me. He's gone from the 360's to the 250's since then.

Death sounds superior to that.

Might as well die from being unhealthy if that’s the alternative. I love veggies btw
