Most of these bills allow for home growing, which obviously isn't taxed.
In my eyes, that's the big win. I want to have a couple huge MJ plants in my garden.

Because I support usage taxes over income and wage related taxes. They are the most democratic tax options. If you don’t want to pay, don’t engage.
