How often do you read?

I’m not talking about on your phone during the day or random articles on your computer at work, how often do you actually sit down and commit to reading something for an hour and a half or two hours?
I just started committing to this last few weeks and it’s been fantastic.
Always be reading baws.

I only read the OT. Probably why I’m so goddamn stupid.

That's a long time.
I read probably 30-45 minutes most night and an hour or so on weekends

Pretty much every day. I miss a day here or there, and sometimes it’s only for 15-20 minutes, but I usually always have a book or my Kindle in close proximity.

Book Board.
I don't read as much as I'd like, but I try. I probably read 15-20 books a year. Some of those are easy reads like Louis L'Amour books, so not sure if those really count...

I always had a book in progress for 50 years, the last 10, none, weird.

Check out the Read More app. It not only tracks how long/much you read, but it can also keep your place in a book, allow you to take notes, and keep track of what you have read. Just the timer and goal feature seems to help me to continue reading.

I usually read a book, take 2 or 3 weeks off and pick up another one. Really hard to get good recommendations these days. I think some clever marketing people invaded social media and even book forums to hype some garbage.

Daily. Read a 312 page book in less than 2 days. Reading is a beautiful gift that most people don’t appreciate or use.

Not as much as I used to. Maybe once a week. Young kids screwing that up. I have to read a lot for work as well.

I just recently stumbled upon a few books I have been wanting to get for a while now. So I finally started one, and am reading a little bit each night.

Funny, I'm starting tonight. I've known for a while that electronic screens aren't good for you before bed, but I'm finally doing something about it.
Picked up Matt Taibbi's "Hate Inc." and Jonathan Haidt's " The Coddling of the American Mind."

Every night before bed since 2005ish. 150 pages with breaks every now and then to shitpost on this hellsite.
ETA: I guess I would exclude the nights I was drinking. But I'm several years sober now.
