90 Day Program Recommendations
Posted on 5/17/21 at 7:59 pm

I have a bachelor party in a month and a half and I am going to Greece in 3 months. Looking for recommendations on a program that will make me as beach ready as possible. I still look decent with a shirt on, however all my fat is in my chest and midsection. Really want to lose the flab and lean out.
5’10” 187 as of yesterday. I think around 177 would be a good sweet spot.
Do you think a 90 days lifting program would be best? Or something more like P90x?
For what it’s worth, I’ve done some pretty ridiculous challenges in the past. 10k push ups 3 times, Murph everyday challenge twice, and Murph minus the run add 100 burpees eaxh day once.
I find myself doing my best when I have something to stick to everyday. I like calisthenics, but also like lifting as well. I’ll hang up and listen.

Kinobody programs
Honestly I’d read the warrior shredding or aggressive fat loss program he posted. Should have everything you need for diet and lifting and easy to understand. You need to find your maintenance calories using a TDEE calculator and eat 500-750 calories less than that. Track everything in MyFitnessPal including butter, ketchup..everything.
Or you can just do keto and eat all the bacon wrapped breakfast sausage you want because ketones

That’s not how that works, but okay.

I did Insanity a few times. It's 9 weeks
Do something like that and eat cleaner and you'll lose 10 pounds easily.

yea but not like its going to be a true transformation just a skinnier version.

So OP, you are looking to transform as much as possible, not just become a smaller version of your self. You want to build or maintain muscle as much as possible while dropping bodyfat.
Based on the types of things you seem to like, I would suggest one of the following for lifting:
1) Ryan Fischer High intensity bodybuilding or his full body aesthetics
LINK
2) brute body program by brute strength. This is the red stick performance crew online programs focusing on aesthetics.
LINK
3) greyskull LCI program
LINK
For diet, I would suggest leangains style approach to the macros with very very high protein. You do not need to do IF if you do not want to as that is more for caloric control.
LINK
Switch it to the LG Calc and get macros, put everything into myfitnesspal to track.
Keep it simple on everything else. Start with a 20 min morning walk if possible. Ramp to a total of 360 min slowly over 8 weeks or so. Then start adding a Weighted vest on the walks and slowly add weight

Thanks for the recs guys! I will look over those programs tonight and see which one fits me best. I will start on Monday with whichever plan I choose. And thanks LSU777 for sending the plans via email.

I've been doing a P90x & Insanity hybrid for the last couple months and love it. I'd recommend that to get some great cardio and muscle buliding.

Been looking at doing that myself but haven't had a chance tp program it yet

I did the Kinobody aggressive fat loss for about 6 weeks and went down 14 pounds. Skipped breakfast, ate chicken and rice/sweet potatoes for lunch, and a healthy dinner. I stopped drinking Cokes and eating sweets. I workout 3x a week, no fancy programs just basic lifts with some ab work.
The weight melted off and I am ready for beach season. I keep my macros at 40/30/30 and keep calories near 2000/day.
I'm 6'3" 185

I follow it loosely based on the equipment I have available. I workout in my garage and don't have access to certain machines, but I make do. I do the basic lifts/complementary lifts 3x a week with ab work at the end of each workout. I also try to do a low impact ride or 2 a week on the Peloton.
I played college ball but am 40 now and let myself get out of shape over the years. I was up to 250 about 5-6 years ago and have stayed around 200 since then. Been really watching my diet since March of this year and with that and the workouts I'm happy with 185 and some muscle definition.
