First, we need to discuss what breakfast cereal each one prefers...

Myles Brennan and its not even close. Of course, Coach O names the starter, and it wouldn't surprise me if he names Johnson the starter. He seems to have an allegiance to Max since he won the Florida game.

Now this comment has me curious, what makes it "not even close?"

There are pros and cons for both. It’s a coin flip at this point.
But if you say it’s not even close , then your guy gets the start week 1, you get tell people I told you so.

In your first ever start as a true freshman as a 3 TD underdog on the road and actually winning carries some weight. Who knew?

Just a bullshite phrase small minded people use to make themselves look like the only smart guy in the room.

Max is the man! If Myles beats him out fine. But I would not count on it !

I don't understand the partisan "camps". I, like probably everyone else, have no informed idea.

Whoever starts, I hope he plays well and leads the Tigers to win.

If they wear Purple and Gold, I am a fan. I don't care if they hunt, fish, play video games, run on vacation...

I will be the starting QBs biggest fan come fall.

Max earned the right to be our starter unless in fall camp Brennan proves to be better. If Brennan proves better than Max than we are ultra solid at QB.

Don't think that will happen. Max has got the talent, bloodline and swag from what I saw in 2020.

My personal favorite is which shoe they tie first and what method they use. Really important stuff to know prior to selecting QB1

I would argue that Max earned the right to be considered the slight favorite for the starting roll going into the offseason. He did helm a major program victory over Florida in the swamp and for that we as fans are eternally grateful.

But one thing to remember is Myles did nothing to hurt his stock other than being dealt a freak injury. He also put up outstanding numbers in the games he played last year.

There are pros and cons to both getting the start. It is extremely imperative that the coaching staff vet these two guys effectively, because this team is prime for a big year. And as we are well familiar, as the QB goes, so does the team.

Myles earned the right to be starter too. 11 TDs in 3 games

Precisely my point. Seems like a portion of the people on here think its a simple decision one way or the other. I would say it is a little less clear cut than that.

Both Myles and Max have great attributes to win football games.

Going to be an interesting decision for sure.
