Advice to heal golfers elbow?

shite hurts, feels like tendentious from pitching a baseball.
Other than resting (I.E. not playing golf which isn’t happening), anyone got a sure fire way to cure it?
I’m currently doing the regular stuff, ice, stretch, etc.... what else can I do? Also is there a certain grip or swing mistake that causes this?

Strengthen you triceps, chest, and shoulders. A lot of joint pain can originate in other areas.

Ice the hell out of it and don't go near a mat based range. I got the worst golfers elbow after I bought a hitting mat for the house. I ultimately learned to coexist with the mat by shallowing my swing but if you have a steep swing a mat can do severe damage to your wrist, elbows and knees.

Aren’t there elastic bands you can wear?
Limit practice reps, I guess.
Ice, heat, Motrin.

I struggled with it during the shut down, because I was playing everyday.
1) Ice not heat. It’s inflammation. Ice
2) wear the straps when you play
3) get a theraband and do the exercises. It really helps. There are exercise for tennis elbow and golfers elbow.
4) Keep extra straps in golf bag for when it flares up down the road.

Man, I can feel your pain. I’ve had bouts with it, but the past 2 months have been horrible. I have the forearm brace, ice it when I can, and take ibuprofen before playing. If I just slightly bump it walking through a doorway, it almost brings me to my knees.
Almost bad enough to not play - but not quite..

I usually have to get a steroid shot in it. Only thing that will get me back on the course .
I also wear a elbow strap as well when it acts up.

Over probably the last 15 years, I've had "golfers elbow" maybe 4/5 times and have gotten cortisone shots each time and it's gone it about a day or two. I've tried the bands, anti-inflammatories, ice, etc... and they have all served as bandaids. Get a shot and be done with it.

I had bad elbow tendonitis from baseball in HS. There was this v-shaped ice bath "thing" I'd submurge my elbow in 3-4 times a day for 30 minutes, and I'd take about 20 Advil throughout the day. That got me through the season. But unless you'll not play for awhile it won't go away.
(edit) I never tried cortizone shots or steriods and that sounds like it works.
