The crazy thing is looking at how this team has lost this season, if they add the right piece you turn a 10 games under .500 into a 10 games over .500 team.
I think the one thing that is clear is you can't rely on internal growth to deliver that piece because another season like this and then you might have to start worrying about Zion getting antsy early.

This offseason will be fascinating to see what kind of self-evaluation Griffin does and what steps he takes to adjust to the current league and roster realities.
He has commented that he didn't give this team the defensive flexibility it needed, which is sort of a start I guess.
