Why wasn’t he buttfricking AAC tackle
Cause he was playing inside up until last year.
In 5 games last year he looked really good on the edge.
He has only been playing defensive end for 3 years and was hurt for a year of that.
This is a upside pick.

He only played 5 games vs tackles and he had 5 sacks.

Y’all are right and I should Chill out.
This isn’t a win now team. I dont Mind a pick with upside.
I would Have liked to see 1 full dominant season from him but maybe he isn’t there at 28 that happened.

He's a DT not a DE, but David Onyemata didn't even go a college in the US, and he's pretty damn solid.

Or in some cases have a monetary interest in player movement. Look up Mel Kiper agent payoff.

You all would be very surprised to see how much group think the mock drafting industry has.
If group think supported Turner at #28, I am concerned.

The Saints may have tried to trade back and got no interest. It's not how they roll but it may have played out like that. I think these organizations are starting to value their picks more now than they did in the past

But they all put up insane numbers at those schools.
Turner’s 5 game stats rival that of the 2020 DEs that went in the top 50 picks last year (outside of chase young). And they played 11-12-13 games
Turner - 5 games - 25 tackles, 10.5 TFL, 5 sacks
Chaisson - 13 games - 60 tackles, 13.5 TFL, 6.5 sacks
Gross-Mator - 11 games - 40 tackles, 14.5 TFL, 9 sacks
Marlon Davidson - 12 games - 48 tackles, 11.5 TFL, 6.5 sacks
Turner’s 12 game pace would like something like - 60 tackles, 25 TFL, 12 sacks
— would people feel differently if he was able to play a full season this past year?
