It does not matter. Whatever this Mickey Mouse counting outfit finds is completely irrelevant to vote totals already counted, approved, and audited by legit officials. AZ's 2020 EV's went to Biden-Harris and that will not change.

It matters to a lot of people. It mattered to the founders too when they gave the suggestion on how to deal with such. A couple of more states follow suit and we could see action. Doubtful as lazy and comfortable as we are, but we’d certainly be closer than we are now.

This post brings up a good point.
What would the process be to formally admit the fraud results in to a legal proceeding that would see the election outcome changed?

Correct. The goal of this audit is for Maricopa county to not manufacture 1M fake votes again in 2024. Not change the results of the 2020 election.

Sure, Barris isn't being removed from office but you don't think that if this shows actual fraud, enough to flip AZ, that it wouldn't have an effect on the current administration and their perceived mandate?

The Mickey Mouse counting was done for the actual election results. That’s the basis for this audit. Rules were changed and you know it. So many ballots were not authenticated. So many signatures were not adequately verified. Rules about envelopes and correct addresses were ignored. No attempt to verify citizenship was even made.
This audit is using a more advanced technology to identify possible fraudulent ballots that was available but not used for the initial vote counting. This will cause them to be subjected to additional scrutiny.
The results of the audit may not change the outcome of this election, but it will demonstrate that election frickery took place. It will lead to a more informed national conversation about election integrity. We could see several States change their processes to make frickery less likely in their States. This will put pressure on politicians who will continue to embrace frickery in their own States.
Changes are coming. Be ready.
