Clay's takes sit more on my side of the fence. He is also more SEC driven.

Barstool has the best model and some of the best content in sports media.

I could see Outkick buying media companies like TD.

Outkick is nothing but politics in sports. No thanks.

Barstool can at least be funny, although I'm quickly aging past most of their content.

I think Barstool has more staying power. Clay's gaffe with Jason Whitlock was an epic embarrassment. Either way, Outkick knows to stay in their lane. If they ever err against Barstool, I think Portnoy's grudge record is enough to scare anybody off.

Where/how you do guys consume Barstool? Listening to pods and following instagram? I listened when they were on SiriusXM, but that is gone. I feel like you have to go out of your way to know what they are about.

Clay is just playing a role in opposition to woke sports media. He is pretty good at it.

Outkick’ has better writers. Barstool’s bloggers too often just recap the stories and videos they link.

I used to listen to PMT quite a bit but haven't for a couple of years now.

Now it's really only through Instagram. I'll stop and watch most of the Lowering the Bar stuff usually.

I'll make it simple. When I get in my car at 5 am ,clay travis is on the radio. If I want to listen to barstool I'd have to get on an app or online and hook up the cord that you run from your phone to the radio

Outkick is on 1130 am in northwest Louisiana. That's much easier, plus clay is anti woke

That's like picking my favorite ice cream, love both, I like the articles Outkick posts bc it bucks the MSM and all their coronabro bullshite, just great content. Funny aside: when I first heard and followed Clay Travis on social media, I thought he was the most fake arrogant douche in the entire world (despite I agreed with his political takes) and I routinely trashtalked him on Twitter (he blocked me). Now that I've toned it down and relaxed more, I really enjoy his takes and receive them with a more open mind. Amazing content.

I listen to both for separate reasons.

Outkick for the sports outrage type of stuff, Barstool for goofy shite

I dont think barstool is live at the time I'm driving anyway. I would rather listen to a morning show that talks about the stories from the day before. Like outcick at 5 am. Barstool doesnt have a 5am morning show do they?

I tried to get into Barstool while they were on SXM, but the constant vulgarity was a huge turn off. Hard to take people seriously when every 3rd word coming out is an f bomb.

Portnoy blowing smoke in Clay's face during an entire interview still cracks me up.

I like both, though Clay has gone way more politics heavy in past year or two.
