Can we get an honest answer about Premium memberships?

It’s been asked before several times but it’s become mythical.
There isn’t a link, that we do know. The answers are almost always BS. You get answers like ‘by invite only’ or ‘post counts’ etc., etc. Some answers seem legit but you can’t be sure.
Why can’t Chicken come on and clear this up?

As of this year you have to have a join date of pre-2009 and +50,000 posts before Chicken/Circus sends you a PM with the sign up link. And they don't send it to everyone for the obvious reasons.
The best part about premium is the separate Score Board on football gamedays. Not nearly as chaotic and much better takes.

I applied several months ago and sent in my $100 application fee. I was told someone blackballed me and that the application fee is non-refundable.

TD Premium selects you. You do not get to select TD Premium.

Yep, fool me once, but I've tried this like 17 or 18 times now.
