Potential Ruston regional looking hot

Swap out LSU for Florida State if LSU wins a few more games at get to a 2 seed.
You'd have a all in state regional like 2002.
Would be a great weekend and the most fun outcome for how this season started.

I'd say with China Virus and the ncaa probably wanting to limit travel as best as they can if Louisiana Tech hosts and you have enough in state teams chances are high you'll get an all-Louisiana regional.
Similar to everyone being scared about 9/11 in 2002 and keeping everyone close to home.

I would love this, especially when I’m 30 minutes from Ruston. I bet it’s going to be really hard to get tickets for that regional if it happens though

Been to many a game when I was in school. Might have to make it into town if Ruston gets a regional.
I’ll have to reach out a see if I can find some tickets from friends or maybe some retired/current department heads/professors

When I was in college we lived in a old house at the end of Western St. Walking out our back porch we were overlooking left center. We’d grill drink and drink watch every damn game. Tickets maybe limited inside, but it’s unlimited free seating in the outfield.

That is why I like winning the first game of a weekend series. We go from thinking we will not win another game all year to plotting our course to the CWS.
