Democrats plan to release a bill proposing to increase the USSC by 4 justices tomorrow

I’ve said all along, THIS would be the issue that really causes it to hit the fan if passed. Hopefully Manchin sticks to his guns.

It will make your head spin how quickly and easily Manchin is paid off. He will give us assurances that he will scrutinize every one of them closely and they will not get his approval if too far left. Of course, this will be gigantic joke.
