Would you be upset? I'd rather play it now to give our team experience before Auburn and to keep the later bye week intact.

I certainly wouldn't be upset. I'm loking @ Reliant through my apartment window right now.
Though I certainly dont consider it a likely outcome, I for one would welcome it with open arms

This seems like the most logical move if the game must be played this weekend, but Tiger Stadium is not available.

Is Independence Stadium even in game ready shape? Reliant seems like a decent option should LSU choose to explore it. The facility is obviously game ready (Texans hosted Bucs last Thursday, they play at Pittsburgh this weekend) and based on everything that has been said previously regarding scheduling, Houston is clearly LSU's first choice for a neutral site game.

Yes I would mind because I wouln't be able to make it to the game. I've always wondered how they would work the seating arrangements. How many people already have tickets? How many seats does Reliant, or other venues hold? Would you tell some people that already have tickets that they are just out of luck?

Would make it easier on me for once...wouldn't mind at all...only 30 min away instead of 4.5 hours.

selfish prick.

Progression of our team (season) is more important than you being able to attend pal.

I can only imagine that place would be absolutely packed with all the Houston Tigers getting a chance to see their team in person.

Is this a possibility or just a hypothetical?

I have a problem with going out of state of providing Texas money.

I-Bowl is game ready, HS FB is played there on Friday nights. I think Evangel is hosting some Arkansas team there this week.

Also, the stadium is much different than in the late 90s, nice lockerrooms press area, very capable to host a LSU game.

Ticket distribution, HMMM, not sure how you handle that. I think it holds 55,000 or so.

Houston is a bigger LSU city than S'port is.

Also, more TX recruits can make a game at Reliant.

So what would you tell the other 40,000 people that have tickets to the game?
