Hopefully they are this inept when they play us. Also, with the injuries they may be limping into SEC play.

so they go from having shitty WRs to even shittier WRs?
nice
the spread part of their offense will look nice with crap at WR
and burns is hurt, so when they drop the spread and go spread option, they don't have a running QB

I prefer Auburn to be undefeated if and when LSU whoops up on them...but So. Miss this week just might pull a last year's USF.....

From the article it soundz like this may be the first year in many that we may just have an opportunity to give dem Aubbies a good arse-whipping in front of their own!
Damn I hope so!!

I watched their game on ESPN360 yesterday and they really did look bad except for running the ball. The passing game was better in the 4th quarter, but ULM had given up by then.

They could be playing with the players' grandmothers and the game will still be close. We are LSU and they are Auburn. I know it's a stupid logic...but I don't expect anything different.

Perhaps we should wait until after the SECOND game of the season before we write the obituary.

That's funny...as I was watching them suck I thought the same thing. It will be a close game no matter what.

quote:No obituary writing going on here, only recognizing that they don't look crisp, and maybe this could help us. Probably will be somewhat close early on, but I think we have the talent to to outpace them...if they are still looking this disorganized.

I'm picking the real Tigers 28-14

The game is in Auburn....we will get the bug eyed SEC ref in that game so it will be close no matter what.

+1. Auburn will find a way to play LSU tough (refs aside). Auburn/LSU has produced some of the hardest hitting games in college football. I would be (pleasantly) surprised if it was a cakewalk for LSU.

Their QBs looked awful but their defense will keep them in about any game. When you play defense like that you normally can stay in a game. Although I guess sometimes you can get 4 INTs and still not win a game...

It's been my experience that even when Auburn starts the season sluggish vs a rent a win team, they pull it together when LSU comes to town. I expect a close game.

As long as they bring their zebras for duty Sept. 20, it won't matter.

Sounds like much hype about nothing. The LSU D should control their offense, and the Aub D vs. LSU O will be the matchup to watch.
