I've said it a few times on here, but I hope Devonta Lee plays like Deebo Samuel.

I'd be good with Devonta being what we thought Racey was gonna be.

According to "Pop" Stingly, Lee is a Moose when trying to tackle him. Maybe Derrick has been run over a few times.

Sounds like Chase to me.

Hines Ward

Wildly overrated receiving threat whose "toughness" really just amounted to ridiculous cheap-shot blocks that wouldn't be allowed in today's game.

To be fair.

I sure hope he contributes this year. Watched him in the state championship game. He’s one of those guys that can play a lot of positions, but sounds like he’s settling into the right one

Racey will always be a rant allstar. Every year was going to be the breakout year

Not to be critical but why does Stingley Sr. warrant a weekly spot on their show?

Y’all remember when Richard Murphy was spring mvp 2 years in a row? I’m glad he’s settling into a position though.

Because he's a local favorite with a lot of football playing and coaching experience who has an inside track to the pulse of the LSU football program.

He is a coach and ex NFL player. This gives him credibility.
He has a son that is maybe the best College CB in America.
More fans are interested in his point of view than any other parent of any LSU player.
The show's success is dependent upon fan interest.
Why wouldn't he be given the opportunity?

Interesting comment by Mr Stingley.
"Last year at this time, I felt that the defense installed by Coach Pelini was excellent.
It broke down from a lack of communication between the players on the field."

Hines Ward overrated? He played in the NFL for almost 15 years and statically had a storied career. All starting as a QB and guy who switched positions a couple times before settling on WR and having a hell of a college and NFL career. If D. Lee turns out to be Hines Ward...we have a gem. Overrated...

Stingley Sr also trains the LSU DB’s during the summer when LSU coaches cannot.

Ask Lou Tepper, Gerry Dinardo and their Drop Linebacker, assigned to cover Ward.

Famous interview: Quincy Carter, Georgia quarterback was asked, what was the secret of his passing success vs Tepper's defense. Carter, I just threw to the open man.
Interviewer, and everyone of them was open?
Carter smiling, that's right.
Hines Ward was outstanding.
