Albertsons came around 1990/91 because I was in high school then and remember that specifically. But for a good decade Hi Nabor was the only game in town right there.

I forgot about Delchamps. Yes they were there second by K&B at Jones Creek and TigerBend.
Delchamps was always more expensive though.

We never thought hi nabor would survive the albertsons a few hundred yards away but its been 25 years at least
