re: How long would it take to kayak 40ish miles?

100 miles seems insane in a day. I’ve never kayaked without drinking and having fun, but I’ve done 8-10 miles a day on a river that flows 3-4 miles and hour and it takes 6-8 hours of paddling usually. Now this was with hobie’s and others so not meant to cover distance.

But I would check local guides and go from there as said.
