re: BRPD releasing the Koy Moore bodycam footage this afternoon.

I don't love all cops but pointing a gun at someone who won't come out from behind a car is normal.

What is your argument?
Thst the cop shouldn't have even pointed the gun?

I think his argument is basically that Moore and his friend were innocent (in hindsight) so there’s literally nothing that can justify police investigating them in the first place.

Just curious if say your car was parked in a garage, and say the next morning it was found to have been broken into and all kinds of shite was missing, laptop, a gun whatever. And then there is visual evidence from a camera in the garage that shows two males hiding from police behind your car in the early morning hours. And a cop car patrolling slows down and sees them but does nothing because of your no ‘reasonable suspicion’ argument. Doesnt stop to talk, ask questions, doesn’t take names, nothing. I mean no crime was committed at that point right?

I just wonder if you would put the obviously ‘lazy cops’ on blast for doing nothing. Or would you sit here and continue this same argument on the cops behalf and accept that your belongings were needed elsewhere more than yiu needed them lol.

How do you know he couldn’t comprehend it? Seems like one of the “kids” was able to comprehend it. Even if Moore couldn’t, does that mean the officer doesn’t have the ability to use caution in case the person he was dealing with was actually refusing to obey a lawful command and reach for a weapon?

Possibly? It’s proven now that he told multiple lies. It’s okay if he takes to social media and imply he’s yet another victim of racist police injustice when it was his and his buddy’s actions that led to the police encounter in the first place.
