Once you leave the deep south fast food service and cleanliness are actually decent.
Especially places like the Florida peninsula, Texas, and California where the fat lazy big mamas in the deep south are replaced by hard working hispanics.
It's even better up north.

Unfortunately, the food quality suffers exponentially.
