Let’s assume that this is true, even though it is not.
Why are they lacking it? No one is preventing them from getting one nor is anyone discouraging them from getting one. In fact back when I listened to the radio, I would hear several ads per hour encouraging people to get ids, specifically Real IDs.

By their own doing. If you can't prove who you are then you shouldn't be able to vote. It's really simple. If voting is that important to them then they would get an ID.

Republicans will never win the black vote because it would effectively end the black power structure that gets filthy rich off the poverty and violence plaguing the black community. The black clergy, along with the professional agitators at the NAACP and similar organizations, want as many black people to stay impoverished and uneducated as possible. Ending poverty and bettering education eliminates the need of the clergy and a small number of professionals to tell black people how to think and for whom to vote, which are profitable industries for a small few. Go to any black church in the South and you'll see the preacher driving a Bentley while 75% of the congregation is on Medicaid. And they can always blame the white devil to hide the fact that they're getting rich off the destruction of their own people.

Anytime i have voted, i have had to show an ID.
