Play Trivial Pursuit if you want to feel like a complete idiot.

Unfortunately you will get an anchor for this.
And does Twister count?

I nicknamed your mom Cranium since she got that best head game.

I like Cranium, but it depends on the group of people. It works better with people you know well, but is less fun with guests who are a little more on guard.
It’s fun with family, but I might choose a different game to use as an ice breaker if I’m meeting my in-laws for the first time.

Do a little research on Trivial Pursuit. There are a plethora of versions to choose from.
I have the original version which, yes, does make you feel like an idiot quite often. But I also have the Rock'n'Roll Trivial Pursuit which is a lot of fun for music lovers.
We recently purchased a version (sorry can't remember the name) that has two separate sets of cards. One for adults and one for kids. Makes it a lot easier for the kiddos to get involved.
And depending on your age the 80's version is a lot of fun in a nostalgic way.

Battle of the sexes is fun

Check out I Know and/or Half Truth.
Both offer a pretty wide spectrum of questions, from fairly easy to really difficult. And both have mechanisms that keep people engaged in the game, even if they aren’t able to get every question correct. There’s no rolling of dice or single-player turns, so they both move fairly quickly as well.

The link provided is for the designer edition. There's a cheaper version with plastic rings.
ETA: If you've got an appleTV, the Jackbox games are pretty fun. The pictionary-type games are fun too using an iPad as the remote. Don't have to put up a bunch game pieces/cards when you're done playing either.
