If you don't abide by the rules set by private business and are asked to leave the private property but refuse you should absolutely get arrested.
She was trespassing and refused to leave. What do you suggest the punishment be?

I think the bank should setup an anteroom and require Class 100K clean room levels. The bank needs to stop playin games with people's safety. Or just go full SCAPE.

Bank manager was being an arsehole by escalating the situation. Could have easily pulled customer to a side office, did the transaction, then ask her in the future to use a mask. If she stated she would not wear a mask, then state her account would be closed and bank would send a check in the mail.
Clean. Instead, the manager went Karen for nothing.

I disagree. The “Karen” is this case is the customer who knows damn well that the private business has rules that she purposely did not comply with.
