Obviously I need to refine my questions.
Since we're talking some lady (didn't watch the video and don't think it shapes the discussion) and some bank (could be any business), if the bank offered notary services, I don't think that can be done online. There may be others.
This bank is apparently telling its patrons if you don't want to wear masks you can still access our services via online (requires a computer) or drive thru (requires a vehicle/DL).
And why not just close the lobby? It can all be done online or via drive thru anyway.
If the bank is within the scope of what it agreed to then fine. If not, they shouldn't be levying new burdens on their patrons.
To go farther, can businesses demand proof of vaccines before entry?

Abbott needs to issue a directive to law enforcement not to respond to 911 calls from businesses complaining about people refusing to leave because patrons are not wearing a mask. He also needs to threaten to pardon all offenses that involve a refusal to wear a mask in a private business, including "criminal" trespass. That way the police will not waste their time with businesses complaining about maskless individuals. This shite needs to come to an end.

Why close the lobby when they can be open with a policy that they feel makes it safe for their customers and employees?
Why is this thread still going on? Simple case of someone not complying with bank policy, and she has other means to withdraw money from the bank and close the account and go to a bank that doesn't have this policy.
