That could easily be in any one of 9 southern states, Indiana or Illinois. Just a dumbass doing dumbass things that happens to be wearing dumbass confederate flag shorts.
At one point the confederate flag was a symbol that folks associated with their heritage and loyalty to their home state. Then it became a ruse by a bunch of racist who co-opted it as their own symbol. While a good number of folks were able to say I liked this but some racists bastards stole it....some ignore that and try to championship.
When push come to shove, just like every American war since 1812, the elites convinced subsistence farmers and regular working folks to go fight a war so they could make a big profit. They used our patriotism against us to get rich. Bastards.
